Our department is a cross-disciplinary based on data science and management science, aiming to cultivate innovative and managerial talents who will lead the digital transformation of business.

With the development of new emerging fields such as social networks, e-commerce, and mobile Internet, the breadth and granularity of data are reaching unprecedented levels, and the landscape of modern data management and analysis technologies is changing. Big data analysis and management technologies based on statistics and computer science are gradually being implemented in various industries and are achieving significant business value. Therefore, our department aims to propose efficient data analysis and management methods based on statistics and computer science, improve the high-level decision-making ability and overall productivity of enterprises/organizations to meet the practical business needs of financial institutions, large Internet enterprises and the real economy, etc.
