LI Hourui is Deputy Secretary of the SJTU ACEM Party Committee, and holds a PhD in Management.

He earned his Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees from SJTU ACEM. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Director of the College Office in ACEM and then served as Deputy Director of the News Center, Deputy Director of the Communication Division, and Deputy Director of the University Office at the university level.

He is a Shanghai Sunshine Scholar, adjunct researcher of the National Innovation and Development Center for Higher Education, and a distinguished researcher of the State Key Laboratory of Media Convergence Production Technology and Systems.

His main research areas include Higher Education Management, Innovation Management, Digitalization, and Media Convergence. He is the lead researcher of projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the Shanghai Municipal Government, etc. He has published over 20 papers in core journals (including CSSCI-indexed) and mainstream media, recognized as a CNKI High-Impact Scholar (top 1%). He served as the chief editor for books such as “Generation Z on Studying in China” and “Scholars’ Voices”. He has received multiple prestigious work-related honors at the national level.
