1. Number of supervised students: in principle, the number of students supervised by each teacher should not exceed 5. Once the supervisor is determined, it should not be replaced at will.
2. Choices of supervisors: students majoring in Finance, Economics, International Economics and Trade, Economics (Pilot Class), Finance (Pilot Class) should, in principle, choose supervisors from corresponding departments. Students majoring in Business Administration should choose instructors from the departments of Marketing, Organization Management, Operation Management, Management Science, Management Information System and Innovation and Strategy. Students majoring in Accounting should, in principle, choose supervisors in the Accounting Department.
3. Active communication: during the process of mutual selection between teachers and students, students should actively contact with supervisors to increase mutual understanding.
